Identifying data privacy needs

Since 2017 I have been working with the data protection company fox‑on to create a seamless experience for the documentation challenges the GDPR has created. Tackling the complex UX needs that come with legal requirements has been a rewarding learning experience and has allowed me to contribute to a new digital product: called DS-Doku.

Contributing as UX designer, focusing on user research and analysis

Since 2017, I contribute to the development and refinement of DS-Doku, a tool for the documentation challenges the GDPR has created. The data protection company fox-on is provider of one of the few tools that were online for the GDPR coming into force in May 2018 and made the fulfillment of the legal requirements super simple.

Since then, I have been working on improving the tool even more by conducting in-depth user reserach with all parties working with DS-Doku. Using methods such as brainstorming, user testing and shadowing, I was able to identify paint points and solve them visually or strategically.
